Homemade Cinnamon-Sugar Tortilla Chips

Ingredients:
1 packages flour tortillas, cut into chip-sized pieces or strips
1 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons cinnamon
water, for dampening tortillas

This is a kid-friendly recipe that might make your kitchen a little messy, but it is so fun.  Plus, the results are delicious!  Preheat oven to 375 degrees.  Cut tortillas into chip-sized pieces.  I use a pizza cutter and slice each tortilla into eight pieces.  Combine the sugar and cinnamon in a Ziploc bag.  Have a small cup or bowl of water available to dampen each piece of tortilla, then place inside the Ziploc bag and coat with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.  Place coated tortilla pieces on a cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 7-10 minutes, or until the tortillas are lightly browned.  Remove and let cool.  Serve with Fresh Fruit Salsa.
