5 stalks of kale
1 TBS olive oil
1 TBS nutritional yeast
salt to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Remove kale from stalks and break into bite sized pieces. Wash and dry kale thoroughly.
Place into a bowl, then sprinkle with olive oil.
Next sprinkle with nutritional yeast.
Carefully toss the kale to coat evenly.
Lay kale out onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt to taste.
Bake for 15 minutes or until kale is nice and crispy. Allow to cool a bit then enjoy!
