Kale Chips

5 stalks of kale
1 TBS olive oil
1 TBS nutritional yeast
salt to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Remove kale from stalks and break into bite sized pieces. Wash and dry kale thoroughly.

Place into a bowl, then sprinkle with olive oil.

Next sprinkle with nutritional yeast.

Carefully toss the kale to coat evenly.

Lay kale out onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt to taste.

Bake for 15 minutes or until kale is nice and crispy. Allow to cool a bit then enjoy!

(Note from Editor: Nutritional Yeast can be found in health food stores or you natural food aisle. It is rich in B vitamins particularly vitamin B12. It is said to provide a nice flavor (potentially cheese taste) to foods and can be sprinkled on anything from popcorn to veges.
