Ham & Swiss Party Sandwiches
one pan of Sister Schubert rolls. defrosted (found in the freezer section at grocery store)
1/2- 1 lb. of thinly sliced ham
8 oz. thinly sliced swiss cheese
3/4 stick softened butter
1/4-1/2 small onion, minced
1 t poppyseeds
1 T Dijon mustard
1 T yellow mustard
1 T worchestershire sauce
Slice Sister Schubert rolls cross-wise so that there is a top and bottom to the rolls. In a small bowl, combine butter, onion, poppyseeds, mustards and worchestershire sauce. Spread mixture on both sides of rolls. Cover bottom half of rolls with ham and swiss cheese. Top with other half of rolls, then place entire thing back in the aluminum pan. With a sharp knife, slice rolls apart & cover with foil. Bake @ 300 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until cheese is melted.
